We do not collect or store your internet banking password, card PIN, or other sensitive banking credentials.

• Generate and send Proforma Invoices

• Respond to inquiries and custom quote requests
• Communicate about production status, lead times, and order updates
• Send Summit Designs or Summit Furniture marketing emails, only if you have subscribed to them (see Marketing Emails below)

Summit Designs and Summit Furniture each keep their own email list. You can subscribe to either using the signup form on that brand's pages, the box at Summit Furniture checkout, or the button in an invitation we send you. We send these emails only if you subscribe: buying from us, requesting an invoice or accepting our checkout policies does not subscribe you, and nothing is ticked on your behalf.

When you subscribe we keep your email address, the date, where you subscribed, and the exact wording you agreed to, as a record of your consent. Your address is shared with our email service provider, Resend, which delivers the emails for us.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every marketing email, or by contacting us. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails only: we will still send you emails about any orders you place, such as receipts, invoices and delivery updates.

After you unsubscribe we keep a record that you did, and when, so that we do not email you again by mistake. If you later subscribe again, that is recorded too.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with:

• Delivery and logistics partners
• Installation personnel or contractors working on your project
• Our payment provider, Squad (GTCO), which takes online payments on our behalf, and our accounting service providers
• Website hosting and technology service providers
• Our email service provider (Resend), which stores subscriber email addresses and delivers our emails on our behalf
• Government or regulatory authorities where disclosure is required by law

All such sharing is limited to information necessary for the relevant service.

Summit Designs orders are paid online at checkout. Summit Furniture orders are paid by bank transfer to the account details on the invoice, or online through a payment link.

Online payments are taken by our payment provider, Squad (GTCO). Card details are entered on Squad's secure payment form and are never seen or stored by us.

We may retain payment confirmation details, transaction references, and related accounting records for reconciliation, auditing, and customer support purposes.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to:
